Home / Indoor Air Quality Testing
Specialist ServiceWhen a household reports congestion that clears on holiday, or an office reports afternoon headaches, the air is worth measuring rather than guessing about. We test particulate, humidity, carbon dioxide and airborne biological load, and report what the numbers actually mean for that space.
Every price is confirmed in writing after an inspection, before any work begins.
Room-by-room particulate, humidity and CO2 readings with a written interpretation rather than a sheet of raw numbers.
Airborne sampling where growth is suspected, with lab analysis and a clear remediation recommendation.
Air change verification and filtration assessment for offices, clinics and other premises with occupancy standards.
Outdoor readings next to the Dubai Municipality indoor limit for the same pollutant, so the number means something.

Outdoor air is not indoor air. A sealed, filtered building can sit far below these figures, and a building with a blocked filter or a leaking duct can sit above them. The only way to know is to measure inside.

When symptoms track the building rather than the person — congestion that clears when you leave, or complaints concentrated in particular rooms. Testing turns that into something measurable instead of a guess.
Only where the readings justify it. If the air is fine we will tell you so, and that is a useful result in itself because it points the investigation elsewhere.
A residential assessment is typically two to three hours on site, with the report following within a few working days where lab analysis is involved.
Inspection first, then a fixed written price before any work starts.
