Indoor Air Quality Testing · Mohammed Bin Rashid CityHILLS AC Services provides indoor air quality testing across Mohammed Bin Rashid City, an expanding freehold district of upscale apartment towers and villa clusters around the Meydan corridor. We test particulate, humidity, carbon dioxide and airborne biological load, and report what the numbers actually mean for that space.
Every price is confirmed in writing after an inspection, before any work begins.
Room-by-room particulate, humidity and CO2 readings with a written interpretation rather than a sheet of raw numbers.
Airborne sampling where growth is suspected, with lab analysis and a clear remediation recommendation.
Air change verification and filtration assessment for offices, clinics and other premises with occupancy standards.
When symptoms track the building rather than the person — congestion that clears when you leave, or complaints concentrated in particular rooms. Testing turns that into something measurable instead of a guess.
Only where the readings justify it. If the air is fine we will tell you so, and that is a useful result in itself because it points the investigation elsewhere.
A residential assessment is typically two to three hours on site, with the report following within a few working days where lab analysis is involved.
We schedule jobs in Mohammed Bin Rashid City and the surrounding Dubai area within 24 to 48 hours of booking, with same-day service often available — confirm your slot on WhatsApp.
inspection, fixed price, honest advice.
When a household reports congestion that clears on holiday, or an office reports afternoon headaches, the air is worth measuring rather than guessing about. We test particulate, humidity, carbon dioxide and airborne biological load, and report what the numbers actually mean for that space.
How we work, what the kit is and what the documentation looks like is set out in full on the Indoor Air Quality Testing page.
Jobs in Mohammed Bin Rashid City are normally scheduled within 24 to 48 hours, with same-day slots often available. Send a photo of the unit on WhatsApp and we can frequently narrow the problem down before anyone travels.
Mohammed Bin Rashid City is an expanding freehold district of upscale apartment towers and villa clusters around the Meydan corridor. That is the starting point for how we scope and price work here.
Most properties here are apartments inside a managed tower, so the cooling arrives as chilled water from the building and the unit in your ceiling is a fan coil rather than a system of your own. There is no outdoor condenser to service, the landlord owns everything upstream of your riser valve, and access usually means a booked service lift and a work permit from building management.
Duct runs in an apartment are short and concealed above a plasterboard ceiling, so access panels matter more than equipment size. The recurring fault is a blocked or sloping condensate drain from the fan coil, which shows up as a ceiling stain long before anyone smells anything. Filter grade is often whatever the developer fitted at handover, and upgrading it is usually the cheapest improvement available.
None of that is guesswork on the day. We survey the property in Mohammed Bin Rashid City first, tell you what we actually found, and fix the price in writing before any work starts.
Tell us about the property in Mbr City and we confirm a fixed written price after inspection. No charge to quote.
