What we collect
When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, mobile number, the service you selected and the area you entered. If you contact us on WhatsApp or by phone we hold the number you contacted us from and the content of that conversation.
We do not ask for and do not want payment card details, Emirates ID numbers or passport details through this website.
How we use it
Solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange the inspection or work, and keep a record of jobs carried out. We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to third-party marketing companies.
Analytics and advertising
This site uses Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel. These place cookies and record pages visited, approximate location derived from IP address, device type, and actions such as tapping the WhatsApp or Call button. They are used to understand which pages produce enquiries and to measure advertising.
You can block these through your browser settings or an ad blocker. Doing so does not affect your ability to use the site or contact us.
Location
The live weather panel asks permission before using your location, and only to show local temperature, humidity and air quality. If you decline, it shows Dubai data instead. Your coordinates are not stored or transmitted to us.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and job records are retained for as long as we have an active working relationship and for a reasonable period afterwards for warranty and accounting purposes. Ask us to delete your details and we will, unless we are legally required to retain them.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email info@hillsacservices.com and we will respond.
