Home / Split AC
AC Unit Type: SplitSplit AC — also sold as hi-wall AC, a wall-mounted indoor unit paired with an outdoor condenser — is the most common cooling system in Dubai homes and small offices. It's efficient per room but each unit needs its own coil cleaning, gas check and drainage maintenance. HILLS AC Services installs, repairs and cleans split systems across Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi.
Every price is confirmed in writing after an inspection, before any work begins.
New unit supply and installation, or replacement of an ageing system, with a site survey.
Indoor and outdoor coil cleaning to restore cooling power and lower running cost.
Refrigerant leak detection and top-up when a unit is cooling poorly or icing up.
Clearing blocked condensate drains before they cause a ceiling or wall leak.
It depends on the refrigerant type and how much has leaked, which our technician confirms after an inspection and gives you a fixed price before starting.
Every 3 to 4 months for filter/coil cleaning in Dubai's dusty conditions, with a deeper service annually.
Split units cool individual rooms independently and are cheaper to install per room; ducted systems look cleaner and cool a whole floor evenly but cost more upfront. Most Dubai apartments already come fitted with one or the other, so it's rarely a choice you make from scratch.
Scheduled preventive visits, agreed response times for breakdowns, and documented reporting after each visit. Scope is written down before you sign, not described loosely.
Yes. Many clients book one service, see how the work is done, and move to a contract afterwards. There is no obligation either way.
