Home / Villa AC Annual Maintenance
Specialist ServiceDubai villas run more equipment than most owners realise — often six to twelve indoor units across several zones, each with its own filter, drain and airflow characteristics. A scheduled plan keeps all of it in condition rather than waiting for the room that stops cooling in July.
Every price is confirmed in writing after an inspection, before any work begins.
Filters, coils, drains and airflow checked on every unit, with readings recorded so drift is visible over time.
Contract clients are attended ahead of ad-hoc call-outs, which matters most in the weeks when everyone needs a technician.
One full duct and coil clean per year included, scheduled before peak summer rather than during it.
Four a year in Dubai. Filters and drains need attention roughly quarterly because of the dust load and near-continuous runtime, and a full clean once a year. Annual-only servicing written for temperate climates leaves too long a gap here.
Usually, and we will show you the arithmetic rather than assert it. The larger saving is avoiding the failures that scheduled attention prevents, which are the expensive ones.
Contract clients get priority attendance. If the fault falls within what the plan covers there is no additional labour charge, and anything outside it is quoted before work starts.
Inspection first, then a fixed written price before any work starts.
