Home / VRF / VRV
AC Unit Type: VRF / VRVVRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) and VRV (Variable Refrigerant Volume, Daikin's version of the same technology) systems let one outdoor condenser run many indoor units independently, each set to its own temperature. They're standard in mid-to-large offices, hotels and larger villas in Dubai where zone-by-zone control and efficiency matter more than the lower upfront cost of split units.
Every price is confirmed in writing after an inspection, before any work begins.
Design, sizing and installation of multi-zone systems for offices, hotels and villas.
Full system commissioning and pressure testing before handover.
Scheduled maintenance contracts to keep multi-zone systems running efficiently year-round.
Refrigerant piping installation and repair to manufacturer specification.
They're effectively the same technology under different names — VRV is Daikin's trademarked term, while VRF is the generic industry name used by other manufacturers.
For a large villa with many independently-used rooms, yes — it gives room-by-room control with one outdoor unit instead of several separate condensers cluttering the exterior. For a smaller villa, split or ducted is usually more cost-effective.
We recommend a scheduled AMC with at least two visits a year, given the complexity of the refrigerant piping and the number of indoor units typically involved.
