Why we work the way we do
Almost every complaint we hear about a previous contractor comes down to the same two things: a price that changed once the work started, and no evidence that the work was actually done. Ductwork is hidden above a ceiling, so it is unusually easy to charge for a clean that never happened.
That shaped three commitments we hold to on every job. We inspect and quote in writing before starting, so the number does not move. We photograph every duct before and after and send the report to your WhatsApp the same day. And we use HEPA-filtered extraction rather than domestic vacuums, because a domestic vacuum returns fine particulate straight back into the room it was meant to remove it from.
The UAE climate problem, in plain numbers
Dubai's conditions are genuinely harder on cooling equipment than most of the world, which is why maintenance advice written for temperate climates under-serves properties here.
- Runtime. Air conditioning runs close to year-round rather than seasonally, so components accumulate wear over far more operating hours per year.
- Airborne dust. Fine desert sand and construction dust load filters and coils in weeks rather than months, particularly near active building work.
- Humidity. Coastal humidity keeps the interior of a system damp for much of the year, which is what allows mould and bacteria to establish inside ductwork and drain pans.
- Peak-summer derating. Condensers reject heat into extreme ambient temperatures, so capacity falls exactly when demand is highest — a fouled coil is far more costly here than in a mild climate.
The practical consequence: the standard "service it once a year" advice is insufficient in the UAE. We recommend coil and filter attention every three to four months, and full duct cleaning every 12 to 18 months for homes, more often for restaurants and clinics.
What we actually cover
Forty-eight services across four groups: duct and air quality work, AC installation and repair, HVAC and chiller plant, and water tank and pool systems. We work residential and commercial — villas and apartments, but equally offices, hotels, restaurants, clinics, gyms and warehouses.
We are equally clear about what we do not do. We do not operate district cooling plants, and we do not offer painting, carpentry or general handyman work. Where a job falls outside our scope we will say so rather than take it on.
Credentials
Licensed and insured, working to Dubai Municipality standards for water tank cleaning and to Civil Defence requirements for kitchen extract and fire damper work. Service certificates are issued where a certificate is required for inspection.
