Commercial kitchens generate heat, grease and moisture in volumes that quickly overwhelm neglected equipment, and Dubai Municipality inspections leave little room for poorly maintained extract systems. HILLS AC Services degreases kitchen exhaust ducts and canopies, services dining-area AC, and maintains cold rooms, display chillers and ice machines for restaurants, cafés and hotel kitchens, with work scheduled around service hours.
Most busy commercial kitchens in Dubai need extract duct and canopy degreasing every three to six months, depending on cooking volume and oil use.
Yes, we provide a written record and photographs of extract cleaning work that you can present at inspection.
Yes, restaurant work is routinely scheduled late at night or on closure days so trading is never affected.
Scheduled preventive visits, agreed response times for breakdowns, and documented reporting after each visit. Scope is written down before you sign, not described loosely.
Yes. Many clients book one service, see how the work is done, and move to a contract afterwards. There is no obligation either way.
Every sector page sets out the plant, the access regime and the compliance obligations that actually differ. Start at the commercial overview if you are not sure which fits.
