Data centres, server and comms rooms, telecom exchanges, laboratories and hospital equipment rooms. Present in almost every commercial tower in Dubai as a small server room unit, even where there is no full data centre.

What servicing involves
Precision units are maintained on a strict schedule because the equipment they protect cannot tolerate an outage: filter changes, humidifier servicing, refrigerant and airflow checks, alarm and failover testing, and verification that temperature and humidity hold within tolerance. Work is sequenced so redundancy is never lost.
