HVAC built with spark-resistant components and certified enclosures for hazardous-area classified zones.
Where you'll find it in the UAE
Oil and gas facilities, refineries and processing plants, notably around Ruwais and Habshan in Abu Dhabi, plus chemical storage, paint facilities and certain industrial areas in Dubai.
Common faults
Enclosure integrity compromised by incorrect reassembly after maintenance
Cable gland and sealing degradation
Certification lapsing on modified or repaired equipment
Corrosion in aggressive process environments
What servicing involves
This is certification-governed work. Components must be replaced like-for-like with correctly rated parts, enclosures reinstated to specification, and documentation maintained. Any servicing needs to respect the site's hazardous-area classification and permit-to-work regime.
Need this equipment serviced?
Inspection first, fixed written price before any work begins, and a photo report on completion.
It depends on duty and environment, but in the UAE the dust load and near-continuous runtime mean intervals are shorter than manufacturer figures written for temperate climates. We advise based on the actual installation.
