A weatherproof packaged cooling unit mounted on a frame or trailer, ducted into temporary structures via flexible canvas ducting.
Where you'll find it in the UAE
Event tents and marquees, construction site offices and portakabins, temporary retail, film sets and emergency backup cooling across the UAE. Peak demand runs through the winter events season.
Common faults
Canvas duct tearing, disconnection or crushing, which kills airflow
Power supply instability on temporary site distribution
Sand and debris ingress during construction site use
Condensate management on unprepared ground
Units run beyond rated hours without interim servicing during long deployments
What servicing involves
Deployment work covers load sizing for the structure, positioning, duct routing and power coordination, followed by scheduled checks during the hire period. For events, we plan redundancy so a single unit failure does not end the function.
Need this equipment serviced?
Inspection first, fixed written price before any work begins, and a photo report on completion.
It depends on duty and environment, but in the UAE the dust load and near-continuous runtime mean intervals are shorter than manufacturer figures written for temperate climates. We advise based on the actual installation.
Yes. We work on this equipment across residential, commercial and industrial sites, and will tell you honestly if a job falls outside our scope.
Fouled heat-transfer surfaces, degraded seals and control faults account for most call-outs. Dust and humidity accelerate all three in this climate.
Yes. Readings, service reports and certificates are issued on completion, in the format facilities managers and inspectors expect.
Yes. Planned preventive schedules with agreed response times generally cost less than reactive call-outs on equipment of this kind.
