HILLS AC Services covers Riviera lagoon district, on the water, where higher local humidity puts extra load on drain lines and coil surfaces. Inspection first, then a fixed written price before any work starts, and a before-and-after photo report on completion.
Waterside humidity keeps drain pans wetter for longer. Blocked condensate lines and mould in the drain pan are the two faults we attend most often on this side.
We schedule jobs across Palm Jumeirah within 24 to 48 hours, with same-day slots often available. Send your location on WhatsApp and we will confirm the next opening.
Riviera lagoon district is on the water, where higher local humidity puts extra load on drain lines and coil surfaces. That affects how long a job takes, what access we need, and how the work is priced — which is why we inspect before quoting rather than giving a figure over the phone.
No. We inspect first and give you a fixed written price. On waterfront property the survey usually turns up condenser corrosion that is not visible from inside, and it is better for both of us that this is priced before work starts rather than discovered halfway through.
Scheduled visits with condenser and coil condition inspected and photographed every time, an agreed response time, and a written report. Intervals here are shorter than the same contract inland, because salt air takes outdoor plant apart faster than a temperate-climate schedule assumes.
Yes. A first visit on waterfront property is worth doing before any contract, because the condition of the outdoor plant varies so much here that a schedule set without seeing it is guesswork.
Tell us the property and we will confirm a fixed written price after an inspection.
