Palm Jumeirah is a landmark island community of beachfront villas, apartments and hotels. That is the starting point for how we scope and price work here.
This is waterfront stock, and the sea is the variable that changes everything. Salt-laden air corrodes condenser fins and outdoor casings far faster than it does inland, humidity runs higher so coils work harder and drain pans stay wetter, and equipment that would last a decade in Arabian Ranches gives noticeably less here.
Salt and humidity change what comes out of a duct here. Coils corrode and shed, drain pans stay damp long enough for biological growth, and the fine white deposit on grilles is often salt rather than dust. Sanitisation matters more in this stock than it does inland, and coil condition should be photographed each visit so deterioration is visible over time rather than discovered.
None of that is guesswork on the day. We survey the property in Palm Jumeirah first, tell you what we actually found, and fix the price in writing before any work starts.
Tell us about the property in Palm Jumeirah and we confirm a fixed written price after inspection. No charge to quote.
