Commercial & Industrial Tank Cleaning · Palm JumeirahHILLS AC Services provides commercial & industrial tank cleaning across Palm Jumeirah, a landmark island community of beachfront villas, apartments and hotels. This is one of the more specialised requests we get within our water tank servicing, and it needs a technician who does it regularly, not occasionally.
Every price is confirmed in writing after an inspection, before any work begins.
Large-capacity storage tanks at warehouses, factories, hotels and labor accommodation cleaned and certified.
Full drain, manual scrub, sludge removal and high-pressure rinse of villa and apartment tanks to Dubai Municipality standards.
Chlorination and disinfection followed by independent laboratory testing, with a written water clearance report.
It depends on the scope and site access. Pricing is confirmed after a site survey since scope varies by job. An inspection gets you a fixed number before we start.
We prioritise urgent requests where equipment failure affects stock, guests or operations — call or WhatsApp to check same-day availability.

Palm Jumeirah is a landmark island community of beachfront villas, apartments and hotels. That is the starting point for how we scope and price work here.
This is waterfront stock, and the sea is the variable that changes everything. Salt-laden air corrodes condenser fins and outdoor casings far faster than it does inland, humidity runs higher so coils work harder and drain pans stay wetter, and equipment that would last a decade in Arabian Ranches gives noticeably less here.
Humidity and warmth accelerate biological growth in stored water here, and tanks exposed to sun on a waterfront roof run warmer than the design assumed. Shorter intervals between cleans and disinfection, and lab testing rather than a visual pass, are the sensible approach in this stock.
None of that is guesswork on the day. We survey the property in Palm Jumeirah first, tell you what we actually found, and fix the price in writing before any work starts.
Tell us about the property in Palm Jumeirah and we confirm a fixed written price after inspection. No charge to quote.
