Home / Villa
Home Type: VillaVillas bring their own set of challenges: multiple split units or one large ducted system, a private water storage tank that's your responsibility rather than the building's, and often a pool and garden that need year-round attention. HILLS AC Services prices and schedules villa jobs differently from apartments to reflect the extra scope and access time involved.
Every price is confirmed in writing after an inspection, before any work begins.
Full duct network cleaning across a multi-zone villa system, typically a full day for a 4-bedroom villa.
Central ducted systems common in villas need coil, duct and airflow balancing that a single split unit doesn't.
Standalone GRP or concrete tanks disinfected and lab-tested to Dubai Municipality standard.
Filtration, chemical balancing, heating and chilling for private villa pools.
A 4-bedroom villa typically takes most of a day given the number of zones and duct outlets, compared to 2-4 hours for an apartment.
Yes. Most villas have a private GRP or concrete storage tank rather than relying on a building system, and Dubai Municipality recommends cleaning it roughly every six months.
Yes, we can schedule pool and AC/water tank work together where it's convenient for you — just mention it when you book.
