Home / Apartment
Home Type: ApartmentApartments in Dubai are usually on one of two systems: a building-wide chilled-water/district cooling network with fan coil units, or individual split units. Either way, access usually needs a heads-up to building management, and jobs are typically faster and lower-cost than a villa. HILLS AC Services handles the building coordination so you don't have to.
Every price is confirmed in writing after an inspection, before any work begins.
Duct and fan-coil-unit cleaning sized for apartment layouts, usually 2-4 hours.
Cleaning, gas top-up and repair for the split units common in older apartment buildings.
Professional-grade, child- and pet-safe fogging for allergy relief and odour removal.
Replacing an ageing split unit or adding AC to a room, with a site survey.
Many Dubai buildings require a NOC or advance notice for contractors. We can send our trade licence and insurance documents to your building management ahead of the visit if needed — just let us know when booking.
Most towers built after the mid-2000s use district cooling with fan coil units; older or lower-rise buildings often use individual split units. If you're not sure, tell us the building name and we can usually confirm before the visit.
Typically 2 to 4 hours for a 1-3 bedroom apartment, depending on the number of AC outlets and their condition.
Scheduled preventive visits, agreed response times for breakdowns, and documented reporting after each visit. Scope is written down before you sign, not described loosely.
Yes. Many clients book one service, see how the work is done, and move to a contract afterwards. There is no obligation either way.
