High-Volume Ventilation Systems in Dubai Industrial City
HILLS AC Services provides high-volume ventilation systems across Dubai Industrial City, a purpose-built manufacturing and logistics zone with large-scale production and storage facilities. It's a narrower job than our general industrial heating and cooling work, but it comes up often enough that we run it as its own line of service.
Pricing is confirmed after a site survey since scope varies by job. We confirm the exact figure in writing after an inspection, before any work begins.
We prioritise urgent requests where equipment failure affects stock, guests or operations — call or WhatsApp to check same-day availability.
We schedule jobs in Dubai Industrial City and the surrounding Dubai area within 24 to 48 hours of booking, with same-day service often available — confirm your slot on WhatsApp.

What changes about this job in Dubai Industrial City
Dubai Industrial City is a purpose-built manufacturing and logistics zone with large-scale production and storage facilities. That is the starting point for how we scope and price work here.
This is industrial and logistics stock, where cooling is a process requirement rather than a comfort one. Plant is large, roof-mounted or floor-standing, runs long hours, and ingests far more dust than a residential system ever will. Downtime is measured in lost production, so the maintenance case is an availability case.
Industrial ventilation moves volume: fume extract, process exhaust, high-level destratification. Fan condition, belt tension and duct leakage all show up as energy cost long before they show up as an air quality complaint, which is why measured airflow belongs on every visit.
None of that is guesswork on the day. We survey the property in Dubai Industrial City first, tell you what we actually found, and fix the price in writing before any work starts.
