What changes about this job in Dubai Industrial City
Dubai Industrial City is a purpose-built manufacturing and logistics zone with large-scale production and storage facilities. That is the starting point for how we scope and price work here.
This is industrial and logistics stock, where cooling is a process requirement rather than a comfort one. Plant is large, roof-mounted or floor-standing, runs long hours, and ingests far more dust than a residential system ever will. Downtime is measured in lost production, so the maintenance case is an availability case.
Industrial ductwork handles volumes a residential system never sees, and the dust it carries is process dust rather than desert sand. Filters load in weeks rather than months, and a neglected system starts costing fan energy before anyone notices an air quality problem. Cleaning is scheduled around production, usually at night or during a planned shutdown.
None of that is guesswork on the day. We survey the property in Dubai Industrial City first, tell you what we actually found, and fix the price in writing before any work starts.
