inspection, fixed price, honest advice.
Industrial boilers and process heating systems don't get the daily attention an AC unit does, which means faults often go unnoticed until output or safety is affected. HILLS AC Services services burners, controls and safety cut-offs on industrial boiler and heating systems across Dubai's warehouse and industrial districts.
How we work, what the kit is and what the documentation looks like is set out in full on the Boiler Heating Servicing page.
Jobs in Terra Nova are normally scheduled within 24 to 48 hours, with same-day slots often available. Send a photo of the unit on WhatsApp and we can frequently narrow the problem down before anyone travels.
Terra Nova is an Arabian Ranches sub-community of contemporary family villas. That is the starting point for how we scope and price work here.
Properties here are villas and townhouses with their own plant, so the whole system belongs to you: the outdoor condenser standing in full sun, the refrigerant circuit, the air handler in the roof void and every metre of duct between it and the rooms. Nothing is shared with a landlord, which means nothing is somebody else’s responsibility when it fails.
Villa plant is smaller than a tower plant room but it is entirely yours, and in larger properties here it can mean a genuine chilled water system with pumps, an air handler and a buffer vessel rather than a packaged unit. Those systems reward balancing: rooms that never get cool are usually a flow problem, not a capacity problem.
None of that is guesswork on the day. We survey the property in Terra Nova first, tell you what we actually found, and fix the price in writing before any work starts.
Tell us about the property in Terra Nova and we confirm a fixed written price after inspection. No charge to quote.
