Terra Nova is an Arabian Ranches sub-community of contemporary family villas. That is the starting point for how we scope and price work here.
Properties here are villas and townhouses with their own plant, so the whole system belongs to you: the outdoor condenser standing in full sun, the refrigerant circuit, the air handler in the roof void and every metre of duct between it and the rooms. Nothing is shared with a landlord, which means nothing is somebody else’s responsibility when it fails.
A private pool here is a family asset with nobody watching the chemistry between visits. Dubai sun drives evaporation and chlorine demand hard through summer, and a pool left a fortnight in August is a different problem from a pool left a fortnight in January. Interval matters more than product.
None of that is guesswork on the day. We survey the property in Terra Nova first, tell you what we actually found, and fix the price in writing before any work starts.
Tell us about the property in Terra Nova and we confirm a fixed written price after inspection. No charge to quote.
