AC Coil & Filter Cleaning · The ValleyHILLS AC Services provides ac coil & filter cleaning across The Valley, a newer Emaar townhouse community on the Al Ain road corridor, popular with relocating families. Our team washes and degreases evaporator and condenser coils, blower wheels and drain pans on their own, without a full duct strip-down, when that's all your system needs.
Every price is confirmed in writing after an inspection, before any work begins.
Indoor coil washed and degreased to restore airflow and cooling capacity.
Outdoor unit coil cleaned to stop the compressor overworking in Dubai heat.
Washable filters cleaned or disposable filters replaced on the same visit.
Coil cleaning targets just the evaporator and condenser coils and takes under an hour; full duct cleaning also cleans the entire duct network and takes several hours. If your ducts were cleaned recently but cooling has dropped off, coil cleaning alone is often enough.
Every 3 to 4 months given the dust levels here, especially for outdoor condenser units exposed to sand and construction dust.
We schedule jobs in The Valley and the surrounding Dubai area within 24 to 48 hours of booking, with same-day service often available — confirm your slot on WhatsApp.
inspection, fixed price, honest advice.
A dirty coil is the single biggest reason a healthy-looking AC system cools poorly and runs up your DEWA bill. HILLS AC Services washes and degreases evaporator and condenser coils, blower wheels and drain pans on their own, without a full duct strip-down, when that's all your system needs.
How we work, what the kit is and what the documentation looks like is set out in full on the AC Coil Cleaning page.
Jobs in The Valley are normally scheduled within 24 to 48 hours, with same-day slots often available. Send a photo of the unit on WhatsApp and we can frequently narrow the problem down before anyone travels.
The Valley is a newer Emaar townhouse community on the Al Ain road corridor, popular with relocating families. That is the starting point for how we scope and price work here.
Properties here are villas and townhouses with their own plant, so the whole system belongs to you: the outdoor condenser standing in full sun, the refrigerant circuit, the air handler in the roof void and every metre of duct between it and the rooms. Nothing is shared with a landlord, which means nothing is somebody else’s responsibility when it fails.
A villa carries far more ductwork than an apartment, often two or three separate systems across floors, and the runs are long enough that leakage at joints becomes measurable. Dust load is higher because doors open to the outside and the roof void breathes. Cleaning here is a half-day to a full day of work, not an hour, and the before-and-after difference at the grilles is usually obvious.
None of that is guesswork on the day. We survey the property in The Valley first, tell you what we actually found, and fix the price in writing before any work starts.
Tell us about the property in The Valley and we confirm a fixed written price after inspection. No charge to quote.
