Home / AC Coil & Filter Cleaning / Al Barsha
AC Coil & Filter Cleaning · Al BarshaHILLS AC Services provides ac coil & filter cleaning across Al Barsha, a well-established residential and commercial district close to Sheikh Zayed Road. Our team washes and degreases evaporator and condenser coils, blower wheels and drain pans on their own, without a full duct strip-down, when that's all your system needs.
Every price is confirmed in writing after an inspection, before any work begins.
Indoor coil washed and degreased to restore airflow and cooling capacity.
Outdoor unit coil cleaned to stop the compressor overworking in Dubai heat.
Washable filters cleaned or disposable filters replaced on the same visit.
Coil cleaning targets just the evaporator and condenser coils and takes under an hour; full duct cleaning also cleans the entire duct network and takes several hours. If your ducts were cleaned recently but cooling has dropped off, coil cleaning alone is often enough.
Every 3 to 4 months given the dust levels here, especially for outdoor condenser units exposed to sand and construction dust.
We schedule jobs in Al Barsha and the surrounding Dubai area within 24 to 48 hours of booking, with same-day service often available — confirm your slot on WhatsApp.
inspection, fixed price, honest advice.
A dirty coil is the single biggest reason a healthy-looking AC system cools poorly and runs up your DEWA bill. HILLS AC Services washes and degreases evaporator and condenser coils, blower wheels and drain pans on their own, without a full duct strip-down, when that's all your system needs.
How we work, what the kit is and what the documentation looks like is set out in full on the AC Coil Cleaning page.
Jobs in Al Barsha are normally scheduled within 24 to 48 hours, with same-day slots often available. Send a photo of the unit on WhatsApp and we can frequently narrow the problem down before anyone travels.
Al Barsha is a well-established residential and commercial district close to Sheikh Zayed Road. That is the starting point for how we scope and price work here.
This is commercial stock: offices, retail and hospitality where the system runs to an occupancy schedule rather than a family’s. That means plant sized for peak headcount, fresh-air rates that have to satisfy Dubai Municipality rather than just feel comfortable, and work scheduled around trading hours with a permit and a night slot.
Commercial duct systems serve zones rather than rooms, so a single blocked branch shows up as one office being uncomfortable while the floor average looks fine. Dubai Municipality assesses indoor air on eight-hour sampling against fixed limits, and filtration and duct condition are two of the few things a facilities team can actually change between assessments.
None of that is guesswork on the day. We survey the property in Al Barsha first, tell you what we actually found, and fix the price in writing before any work starts.
Tell us about the property in Al Barsha and we confirm a fixed written price after inspection. No charge to quote.
