AC Coil & Filter Cleaning · The LakesHILLS AC Services provides ac coil & filter cleaning across The Lakes, an established Emirates Living villa community of lake-facing family homes in clusters such as Maeen, Ghadeer and Hattan. Our team washes and degreases evaporator and condenser coils, blower wheels and drain pans on their own, without a full duct strip-down, when that's all your system needs.
Every price is confirmed in writing after an inspection, before any work begins.
Indoor coil washed and degreased to restore airflow and cooling capacity.
Outdoor unit coil cleaned to stop the compressor overworking in Dubai heat.
Washable filters cleaned or disposable filters replaced on the same visit.
Coil cleaning targets just the evaporator and condenser coils and takes under an hour; full duct cleaning also cleans the entire duct network and takes several hours. If your ducts were cleaned recently but cooling has dropped off, coil cleaning alone is often enough.
Every 3 to 4 months given the dust levels here, especially for outdoor condenser units exposed to sand and construction dust.
We schedule jobs in The Lakes and the surrounding Dubai area within 24 to 48 hours of booking, with same-day service often available — confirm your slot on WhatsApp.
inspection, fixed price, honest advice.
A dirty coil is the single biggest reason a healthy-looking AC system cools poorly and runs up your DEWA bill. HILLS AC Services washes and degreases evaporator and condenser coils, blower wheels and drain pans on their own, without a full duct strip-down, when that's all your system needs.
How we work, what the kit is and what the documentation looks like is set out in full on the AC Coil Cleaning page.
Jobs in The Lakes are normally scheduled within 24 to 48 hours, with same-day slots often available. Send a photo of the unit on WhatsApp and we can frequently narrow the problem down before anyone travels.
The Lakes is an established Emirates Living villa community of lake-facing family homes in clusters such as Maeen, Ghadeer and Hattan. That is the starting point for how we scope and price work here.
Most properties here are apartments inside a managed tower, so the cooling arrives as chilled water from the building and the unit in your ceiling is a fan coil rather than a system of your own. There is no outdoor condenser to service, the landlord owns everything upstream of your riser valve, and access usually means a booked service lift and a work permit from building management.
Duct runs in an apartment are short and concealed above a plasterboard ceiling, so access panels matter more than equipment size. The recurring fault is a blocked or sloping condensate drain from the fan coil, which shows up as a ceiling stain long before anyone smells anything. Filter grade is often whatever the developer fitted at handover, and upgrading it is usually the cheapest improvement available.
None of that is guesswork on the day. We survey the property in The Lakes first, tell you what we actually found, and fix the price in writing before any work starts.
Tell us about the property in The Lakes and we confirm a fixed written price after inspection. No charge to quote.
