AC & HVAC Services in Index Tower / premium residences
HILLS AC Services covers Index Tower / premium residences, apartment stock, typically fan coil units on the building's chilled-water supply. Inspection first, then a fixed written price before any work starts, and a before-and-after photo report on completion.
Apartment work here needs building management notice for contractor access. We handle that coordination and send our trade licence and insurance ahead of the visit.
We schedule jobs across DIFC within 24 to 48 hours, with same-day slots often available. Send your location on WhatsApp and we will confirm the next opening.
Index Tower / premium residences is apartment stock, typically fan coil units on the building's chilled-water supply. That affects how long a job takes, what access we need, and how the work is priced — which is why we inspect before quoting rather than giving a figure over the phone.
No. We inspect first and give you a fixed written price. On a commercial site the survey also settles access: which permits are needed, whether work has to be out of hours, and how that affects the timeline. Both go in the written quote.
Scheduled preventive visits worked around your trading hours, an agreed response time for breakdowns, and documented reporting after each visit including readings and any parts replaced. Access arrangements and out-of-hours cover are written into the scope rather than negotiated each time.
Yes. Many commercial clients book a single service, review the report and the access arrangements, then move to a contract. The first visit is priced on its own terms and carries no obligation.
