HILLS AC Services provides ac gas refill & top-up across DIFC, Dubai's financial district, made up of premium office towers and corporate headquarters. Refrigerant is a sealed charge, not a consumable, so a system losing it will keep losing it. HILLS AC Services traces the leak, repairs it, then recharges to the manufacturer's exact weight for R22, R410A and R32 systems — rather than simply adding gas that will escape again within weeks.
Never, on a healthy system. Refrigerant sits in a sealed circuit and is not consumed. If yours needs topping up annually, it is leaking, and the leak is the actual repair. Anyone selling you a routine yearly gas top-up is selling you a symptom.
It depends on the refrigerant type and how much has been lost. R32 and R410A are priced differently from legacy R22. We confirm a fixed figure after the inspection, before starting.
R22 is being phased out under international agreement, so supply is shrinking and prices are rising. For an older unit still running R22 we will tell you honestly whether continuing to service it or replacing it works out cheaper over the next few years.
We schedule jobs in DIFC and the surrounding Dubai area within 24 to 48 hours of booking, with same-day service often available — confirm your slot on WhatsApp.
If your aircon needs regular gas top-ups, it has a leak.
How we work, what the kit is and what the documentation looks like is set out in full on the AC Gas Refill Topup page.
Booking and availability in DIFC
Jobs in DIFC are normally scheduled within 24 to 48 hours, with same-day slots often available. Send a photo of the unit on WhatsApp and we can frequently narrow the problem down before anyone travels.
DIFC is a new installation or a corporate maintenance contract, our team covers DIFC with the same fixed pricing and inspection we offer across Dubai. That is the starting point for how we scope and price work here.
This is commercial stock: offices, retail and hospitality where the system runs to an occupancy schedule rather than a family’s. That means plant sized for peak headcount, fresh-air rates that have to satisfy Dubai Municipality rather than just feel comfortable, and work scheduled around trading hours with a permit and a night slot.
Commercial cooling faults are diagnosed against a schedule rather than a complaint: a unit that cannot hold setpoint at 3pm in August but is fine at 9am is telling you about capacity, not about a fault. Work has to fit a permit and an out-of-hours slot, which is why we survey before quoting rather than pricing a job we have not seen the access for.
None of that is guesswork on the day. We survey the property in DIFC first, tell you what we actually found, and fix the price in writing before any work starts.
