Home / One-Way Cassette AC Services
AC Unit Type: One-Way CassetteA one-way cassette discharges air in a single direction rather than four, which makes it the right unit for a corridor, a narrow room, a shop unit, or any space where a four-way cassette would blow straight at a wall and waste half its output. It's a slimmer body than a standard cassette, so it also suits shallow ceiling voids where a full four-way unit simply won't fit.
Every price is confirmed in writing after an inspection, before any work begins.
Full clean of the single-flow blower and coil to restore throw distance and airflow.
Condensate pump and drain line cleared or replaced before it overflows into the ceiling.
Sizing and installation for corridors, retail units and shallow ceiling voids, with a site survey.
It depends on the shape of the room. Four-way suits square, open spaces where air needs distributing evenly in all directions. One-way suits long, narrow spaces, corridors and rooms where one or more sides are close to a wall, since a four-way unit there would throw half its air straight into the wall.
In the right room, yes. In a narrow space a one-way unit directs all its capacity along the room's length rather than wasting output against nearby walls. In a large open square room, a four-way will distribute more evenly.
One-way cassettes are generally slimmer than four-way units, which is often exactly why they're specified. We confirm the available void depth during the site survey before quoting.
Scheduled preventive visits, agreed response times for breakdowns, and documented reporting after each visit. Scope is written down before you sign, not described loosely.
Yes. Many clients book one service, see how the work is done, and move to a contract afterwards. There is no obligation either way.
