Town Square is a family-oriented community of townhouses and mid-rise apartments built around a central park. That is the starting point for how we scope and price work here.
Properties here are villas and townhouses with their own plant, so the whole system belongs to you: the outdoor condenser standing in full sun, the refrigerant circuit, the air handler in the roof void and every metre of duct between it and the rooms. Nothing is shared with a landlord, which means nothing is somebody else’s responsibility when it fails.
A villa tank is yours alone, usually on the roof and usually forgotten between handover and the first taste complaint. Sediment, algae growth in a translucent tank and a failed lid seal are the three things we find most often, and all three are visible in ten minutes with a torch and a camera.
None of that is guesswork on the day. We survey the property in Town Square first, tell you what we actually found, and fix the price in writing before any work starts.
Tell us about the property in Town Square and we confirm a fixed written price after inspection. No charge to quote.
