Dubai Marina is a high-rise waterfront community of towers and serviced apartments. That is the starting point for how we scope and price work here.
This is waterfront stock, and the sea is the variable that changes everything. Salt-laden air corrodes condenser fins and outdoor casings far faster than it does inland, humidity runs higher so coils work harder and drain pans stay wetter, and equipment that would last a decade in Arabian Ranches gives noticeably less here.
Humidity and warmth accelerate biological growth in stored water here, and tanks exposed to sun on a waterfront roof run warmer than the design assumed. Shorter intervals between cleans and disinfection, and lab testing rather than a visual pass, are the sensible approach in this stock.
None of that is guesswork on the day. We survey the property in Dubai Marina first, tell you what we actually found, and fix the price in writing before any work starts.
Tell us about the property in Dubai Marina and we confirm a fixed written price after inspection. No charge to quote.
