VRF / VRV System Installation · AlmaHILLS AC Services provides vrf / vrv system installation across Alma, an Arabian Ranches townhouse and villa cluster. It's a narrower job than our general AC installation and system upgrades work, but it comes up often enough that we run it as its own line of service.
Every price is confirmed in writing after an inspection, before any work begins.
Multi-zone VRF and VRV system design, installation and commissioning for commercial buildings and larger residential projects.
Supply and installation of new split, ducted and package AC units for villas, apartments and offices.
Copper pipework, nitrogen-purged brazing, pressure testing and precision gas charging for new and replacement systems.
It depends on the scope and site access. Pricing is confirmed after a site survey since scope varies by job. An inspection gets you a fixed number before we start.
Most jobs are completed same-day once scheduled; larger commercial sites are quoted a timeline after the site survey.
We schedule jobs in Alma and the surrounding Dubai area within 24 to 48 hours of booking, with same-day service often available — confirm your slot on WhatsApp.

Alma is an Arabian Ranches townhouse and villa cluster. That is the starting point for how we scope and price work here.
Properties here are villas and townhouses with their own plant, so the whole system belongs to you: the outdoor condenser standing in full sun, the refrigerant circuit, the air handler in the roof void and every metre of duct between it and the rooms. Nothing is shared with a landlord, which means nothing is somebody else’s responsibility when it fails.
The condenser sits outside in Dubai sun, which is the hardest duty any part of the system does. Refrigerant loss, compressor wear and fan motor failure all trace back to how hot that unit runs and how clean its coil is. A villa system that gets its condenser coil washed properly twice a year behaves like a different machine from one that does not.
None of that is guesswork on the day. We survey the property in Alma first, tell you what we actually found, and fix the price in writing before any work starts.
Tell us about the property in Alma and we confirm a fixed written price after inspection. No charge to quote.
