Thermostat output tested against a calibrated thermometer to confirm whether the control or the system is at fault.
Like-for-like or upgraded replacement, wired and commissioned to your system type.
Corroded conductors, failed valve actuators and loose terminals repaired at the source.
Quite possibly. A thermostat whose sensor has drifted will switch off before the room is actually cool, or run continuously past setpoint. It is a ten-minute test against a calibrated thermometer, and worth doing before anyone quotes for refrigerant or a compressor.
Usually a power issue: a tripped breaker, a failed transformer, or a missing common wire causing power-stealing dropouts. Occasionally the unit itself has failed. We trace the supply before assuming a replacement is needed.
We schedule jobs in JBR and the surrounding Dubai area within 24 to 48 hours of booking, with same-day service often available — confirm your slot on WhatsApp.
inspection, fixed price, honest advice.
A room that never reaches its set temperature is often blamed on the AC when the thermostat is the fault. Sensors drift, displays fail, and wiring corrodes in humid plant spaces. HILLS AC Services tests the thermostat against a calibrated reference before anyone recommends replacing compressors or topping up gas.
How we work, what the kit is and what the documentation looks like is set out in full on the Thermostat Repair Replacement page.

JBR is a beachfront community of residential towers, hotels and ground-floor restaurants. That is the starting point for how we scope and price work here.
This is waterfront stock, and the sea is the variable that changes everything. Salt-laden air corrodes condenser fins and outdoor casings far faster than it does inland, humidity runs higher so coils work harder and drain pans stay wetter, and equipment that would last a decade in Arabian Ranches gives noticeably less here.
Humidity is the control variable that matters most in waterfront stock, and a thermostat that only reads temperature will happily hold a room at 22 degrees and 65% relative humidity. Controls that read and act on humidity are worth specifying here.
None of that is guesswork on the day. We survey the property in JBR first, tell you what we actually found, and fix the price in writing before any work starts.
Tell us about the property in Jbr and we confirm a fixed written price after inspection. No charge to quote.
