In T Sector specifically, homes handed over in the same construction phase, so they tend to share a system type and age and develop the same faults within a year or two of each other. Where neighbours have reported the same symptom we will tell you, because a shared handover defect is worth addressing once rather than four times. We inspect before quoting and the written price is what you pay, with before-and-after photographs sent to your WhatsApp on completion.
Most jobs across Emirates Hills are scheduled within 24 to 48 hours, with same-day slots often available. Send your location on WhatsApp and we will confirm the next opening.
Pricing follows the property and the scope, not the postcode. Where neighbours have reported the same symptom we will tell you, because a shared handover defect is worth addressing once rather than four times.

T Sector is homes handed over in the same construction phase, so they tend to share a system type and age and develop the same faults within a year or two of each other, which affects access, duration and how the job is priced. That is why we survey rather than quote blind.
Yes. Before and after photographs reach your WhatsApp the same day, covering each system separately where a villa runs more than one, so you can see the condition of every unit rather than a single representative shot.
