Home / Smart Thermostat Installation / Al Barari / The Nest
Al BarariThe Nest is villas and townhouses, generally on ducted split systems with their own water storage. Villa work is priced by outlet count and access rather than floor area, which is why we survey before quoting rather than giving a figure over the phone.
A smart thermostat only saves money if it is wired correctly and matched to your system. HILLS AC Services surveys your existing wiring, confirms whether a C-wire is present, and installs Nest, Ecobee, Honeywell or Hive units on split, ducted, VRF and chilled-water (FCU) systems across Dubai. Most UAE apartments run fan coil units rather than furnaces, which is exactly where generic online guides get it wrong.
In The Nest specifically, villas and townhouses, generally on ducted split systems with their own water storage. Villa work is priced by outlet count and access rather than floor area, which is why we survey before quoting rather than giving a figure over the phone. We inspect before quoting and the written price is what you pay, with before-and-after photographs sent to your WhatsApp on completion.
Most jobs across Al Barari are scheduled within 24 to 48 hours, with same-day slots often available. Send your location on WhatsApp and we will confirm the next opening.
Pricing follows the property and the scope, not the postcode. Villa work is priced by outlet count and access rather than floor area, which is why we survey before quoting rather than giving a figure over the phone.
No. We inspect first and give you a fixed written price. On a villa the survey decides the number, because outlet count, duct length and how many separate systems the property runs vary enormously between two houses on the same street.
The Nest is villas and townhouses, generally on ducted split systems with their own water storage, which affects access, duration and how the job is priced. That is why we survey rather than quote blind.
Yes. Before and after photographs reach your WhatsApp the same day, covering each system separately where a villa runs more than one, so you can see the condition of every unit rather than a single representative shot.
