Dubai Media City is a business district of offices and studios with adjoining residential towers. That is the starting point for how we scope and price work here.
This is commercial stock: offices, retail and hospitality where the system runs to an occupancy schedule rather than a family’s. That means plant sized for peak headcount, fresh-air rates that have to satisfy Dubai Municipality rather than just feel comfortable, and work scheduled around trading hours with a permit and a night slot.
Commercial duct systems serve zones rather than rooms, so a single blocked branch shows up as one office being uncomfortable while the floor average looks fine. Dubai Municipality assesses indoor air on eight-hour sampling against fixed limits, and filtration and duct condition are two of the few things a facilities team can actually change between assessments.
None of that is guesswork on the day. We survey the property in Dubai Media City first, tell you what we actually found, and fix the price in writing before any work starts.
Tell us about the property in Dubai Media City and we confirm a fixed written price after inspection. No charge to quote.
