Process & Production Cooling · Discovery GardensHILLS AC Services provides process & production cooling across Discovery Gardens, a high-density low-rise apartment community of themed clusters near Ibn Battuta, heavily tenanted. We get asked for this often enough as a standalone job, separate from general industrial heating and cooling, that it's worth its own page.
Every price is confirmed in writing after an inspection, before any work begins.
Cooling for production lines, machinery and process equipment sized to actual heat load, not guesswork.
Extract fans, jet fans and make-up air systems for warehouses, workshops and production floors.
Servicing, descaling and safety testing of industrial boilers, steam generators and process heating.
It depends on the scope and site access. Pricing is confirmed after a site survey since scope varies by job. An inspection gets you a fixed number before we start.
Most jobs are completed same-day once scheduled; larger commercial sites are quoted a timeline after the site survey.
We schedule jobs in Discovery Gardens and the surrounding Dubai area within 24 to 48 hours of booking, with same-day service often available — confirm your slot on WhatsApp.

Discovery Gardens is a high-density low-rise apartment community of themed clusters near Ibn Battuta, heavily tenanted. That is the starting point for how we scope and price work here.
Properties here are villas and townhouses with their own plant, so the whole system belongs to you: the outdoor condenser standing in full sun, the refrigerant circuit, the air handler in the roof void and every metre of duct between it and the rooms. Nothing is shared with a landlord, which means nothing is somebody else’s responsibility when it fails.
Villa plant is smaller than a tower plant room but it is entirely yours, and in larger properties here it can mean a genuine chilled water system with pumps, an air handler and a buffer vessel rather than a packaged unit. Those systems reward balancing: rooms that never get cool are usually a flow problem, not a capacity problem.
None of that is guesswork on the day. We survey the property in Discovery Gardens first, tell you what we actually found, and fix the price in writing before any work starts.
Tell us about the property in Discovery Gardens and we confirm a fixed written price after inspection. No charge to quote.
