inspection, fixed price, honest advice.
A pool that looks clear on the surface can still have a struggling pump or a clogged filter working overtime, which shows up as a rising electricity bill and, eventually, cloudy water. HILLS AC Services services the pump, strainer basket and filter media so the circulation system runs efficiently, not just topped up with chemicals to mask it.
How we work, what the kit is and what the documentation looks like is set out in full on the Pool Pump Servicing page.
Jobs in Expo City Dubai are normally scheduled within 24 to 48 hours, with same-day slots often available. Send a photo of the unit on WhatsApp and we can frequently narrow the problem down before anyone travels.
Expo City Dubai is a newly developed sustainable district of offices, pavilions and residences near Al Maktoum Airport. That is the starting point for how we scope and price work here.
Most properties here are apartments inside a managed tower, so the cooling arrives as chilled water from the building and the unit in your ceiling is a fan coil rather than a system of your own. There is no outdoor condenser to service, the landlord owns everything upstream of your riser valve, and access usually means a booked service lift and a work permit from building management.
Pools in this stock are shared amenity decks with high bather load and short tolerance for downtime, since every resident sees a closed pool. Filtration runs longer than a private pool and chemistry swings faster. Scheduled dosing and a documented water test beat reactive correction.
None of that is guesswork on the day. We survey the property in Expo City Dubai first, tell you what we actually found, and fix the price in writing before any work starts.
Tell us about the property in Expo City and we confirm a fixed written price after inspection. No charge to quote.
