Pharmacy & Laboratory Refrigerator Servicing · Umm SuqeimHILLS AC Services provides pharmacy & laboratory refrigerator servicing across Umm Suqeim, an established beachfront villa area between Jumeirah and Al Sufouh. It's a narrower job than our general commercial refrigeration work, but it comes up often enough that we run it as its own line of service.
Every price is confirmed in writing after an inspection, before any work begins.
Precision temperature validation, calibration and emergency backup power integration for vaccine and lab storage.
Evaporator and condenser cleaning, door seal replacement, defrost cycle optimisation and temperature calibration.
Servicing under-counter fridges, prep counters, blast chillers and supermarket display cases.
It depends on the scope and site access. Pricing is confirmed after a site survey since scope varies by job. An inspection gets you a fixed number before we start.
We prioritise urgent requests where equipment failure affects stock, guests or operations — call or WhatsApp to check same-day availability.
We schedule jobs in Umm Suqeim and the surrounding Dubai area within 24 to 48 hours of booking, with same-day service often available — confirm your slot on WhatsApp.

Umm Suqeim is an established beachfront villa area between Jumeirah and Al Sufouh. That is the starting point for how we scope and price work here.
This is waterfront stock, and the sea is the variable that changes everything. Salt-laden air corrodes condenser fins and outdoor casings far faster than it does inland, humidity runs higher so coils work harder and drain pans stay wetter, and equipment that would last a decade in Arabian Ranches gives noticeably less here.
Coastal refrigeration equipment corrodes at the condenser and at every fixing, and beachfront F&B sites run their cabinets against a much higher ambient than the specification assumed. Expect shorter service intervals and budget for coil condition rather than treating it as an unexpected fault.
None of that is guesswork on the day. We survey the property in Umm Suqeim first, tell you what we actually found, and fix the price in writing before any work starts.
Tell us about the property in Umm Suqeim and we confirm a fixed written price after inspection. No charge to quote.
