inspection, fixed price, honest advice.
Grease build-up inside a commercial kitchen extract system is one of the most common fire-inspection failures in Dubai's restaurant sector. HILLS AC Services degreases extraction ducts, hoods, fans and grease traps to Dubai Municipality and Civil Defence standards, with a service certificate you can show inspectors.
How we work, what the kit is and what the documentation looks like is set out in full on the Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning page.

Mira Oasis is a Reem townhouse phase of family homes in landscaped clusters. That is the starting point for how we scope and price work here.
Properties here are villas and townhouses with their own plant, so the whole system belongs to you: the outdoor condenser standing in full sun, the refrigerant circuit, the air handler in the roof void and every metre of duct between it and the rooms. Nothing is shared with a landlord, which means nothing is somebody else’s responsibility when it fails.
Villa extract is self-contained, which makes it straightforward to fix and easy to neglect. Kitchen and bathroom fans that have never been cleaned since handover are normal here. Long duct runs to a roof discharge lose pressure at every bend, so measured airflow is worth more than a working fan.
None of that is guesswork on the day. We survey the property in Mira Oasis first, tell you what we actually found, and fix the price in writing before any work starts.
Tell us about the property in Mira Oasis and we confirm a fixed written price after inspection. No charge to quote.
