Dubai South is an emerging district near Al Maktoum Airport and Expo City with new residential and logistics developments. That is the starting point for how we scope and price work here.
This is industrial and logistics stock, where cooling is a process requirement rather than a comfort one. Plant is large, roof-mounted or floor-standing, runs long hours, and ingests far more dust than a residential system ever will. Downtime is measured in lost production, so the maintenance case is an availability case.
Industrial ventilation moves volume: fume extract, process exhaust, high-level destratification. Fan condition, belt tension and duct leakage all show up as energy cost long before they show up as an air quality complaint, which is why measured airflow belongs on every visit.
None of that is guesswork on the day. We survey the property in Dubai South first, tell you what we actually found, and fix the price in writing before any work starts.
Tell us about the property in Dubai South and we confirm a fixed written price after inspection. No charge to quote.
