What changes about this job in Dubai Healthcare City
Dubai Healthcare City is a medical district of clinics, hospitals and serviced apartments beside the creek. That is the starting point for how we scope and price work here.
Most properties here are apartments inside a managed tower, so the cooling arrives as chilled water from the building and the unit in your ceiling is a fan coil rather than a system of your own. There is no outdoor condenser to service, the landlord owns everything upstream of your riser valve, and access usually means a booked service lift and a work permit from building management.
Extract in a tower is shared: your kitchen or bathroom duct joins a riser serving every floor above and below. That means a blockage several floors away presents as your problem, and that fixing it properly needs building management involved. Getting that established early saves a wasted visit.
None of that is guesswork on the day. We survey the property in Dubai Healthcare City first, tell you what we actually found, and fix the price in writing before any work starts.
