Serena is a Dubailand townhouse community of Mediterranean-style family homes. That is the starting point for how we scope and price work here.
Properties here are villas and townhouses with their own plant, so the whole system belongs to you: the outdoor condenser standing in full sun, the refrigerant circuit, the air handler in the roof void and every metre of duct between it and the rooms. Nothing is shared with a landlord, which means nothing is somebody else’s responsibility when it fails.
Residential refrigeration work here is typically standalone cold storage, wine rooms and outdoor kitchen equipment rather than commercial cabinets. These run unattended for long periods, so a failure is usually discovered by its consequences. Monitoring with an alarm costs a fraction of the contents it protects.
None of that is guesswork on the day. We survey the property in Serena first, tell you what we actually found, and fix the price in writing before any work starts.
Tell us about the property in Serena and we confirm a fixed written price after inspection. No charge to quote.
