Dubai Knowledge Park is an education and training district of academic offices and residences. That is the starting point for how we scope and price work here.
This is commercial stock: offices, retail and hospitality where the system runs to an occupancy schedule rather than a family’s. That means plant sized for peak headcount, fresh-air rates that have to satisfy Dubai Municipality rather than just feel comfortable, and work scheduled around trading hours with a permit and a night slot.
Commercial refrigeration here is a compliance asset as much as a mechanical one. Dubai Municipality inspects food establishments against temperature control, and a cabinet that holds setpoint but has no retrievable log is still a finding. We service the equipment and set up the logging that makes an inspection straightforward.
None of that is guesswork on the day. We survey the property in Dubai Knowledge Park first, tell you what we actually found, and fix the price in writing before any work starts.
Tell us about the property in Dubai Knowledge Park and we confirm a fixed written price after inspection. No charge to quote.
