High-Volume Ventilation Systems · Oud MethaHILLS AC Services provides high-volume ventilation systems across Oud Metha, an established central district of apartment buildings, schools and hospitals. Jobs in Oud Metha are normally scheduled within 24 to 48 hours, with same-day slots often available. Send a photo of the unit on WhatsApp and we can frequently narrow the problem down before anyone travels.
Oud Metha is an established central district of apartment buildings, schools and hospitals. That is the starting point for how we scope and price work here.
Most properties here are apartments inside a managed tower, so the cooling arrives as chilled water from the building and the unit in your ceiling is a fan coil rather than a system of your own. There is no outdoor condenser to service, the landlord owns everything upstream of your riser valve, and access usually means a booked service lift and a work permit from building management.
Extract in a tower is shared: your kitchen or bathroom duct joins a riser serving every floor above and below. That means a blockage several floors away presents as your problem, and that fixing it properly needs building management involved. Getting that established early saves a wasted visit.
None of that is guesswork on the day. We survey the property in Oud Metha first, tell you what we actually found, and fix the price in writing before any work starts.
Tell us about the property in Oud Metha and we confirm a fixed written price after inspection. No charge to quote.
