High-Volume Ventilation Systems · MajanHILLS AC Services provides high-volume ventilation systems across Majan, an emerging mixed district of apartment blocks and townhouses on the Dubailand corridor. It's a narrower job than our general industrial heating and cooling work, but it comes up often enough that we run it as its own line of service.
Every price is confirmed in writing after an inspection, before any work begins.
Extract fans, jet fans and make-up air systems for warehouses, workshops and production floors.
Cooling for production lines, machinery and process equipment sized to actual heat load, not guesswork.
Servicing, descaling and safety testing of industrial boilers, steam generators and process heating.
Pricing is confirmed after a site survey since scope varies by job. We confirm the exact figure in writing after an inspection, before any work begins.
We prioritise urgent requests where equipment failure affects stock, guests or operations — call or WhatsApp to check same-day availability.
We schedule jobs in Majan and the surrounding Dubai area within 24 to 48 hours of booking, with same-day service often available — confirm your slot on WhatsApp.

Majan is an emerging mixed district of apartment blocks and townhouses on the Dubailand corridor. That is the starting point for how we scope and price work here.
Most properties here are apartments inside a managed tower, so the cooling arrives as chilled water from the building and the unit in your ceiling is a fan coil rather than a system of your own. There is no outdoor condenser to service, the landlord owns everything upstream of your riser valve, and access usually means a booked service lift and a work permit from building management.
Extract in a tower is shared: your kitchen or bathroom duct joins a riser serving every floor above and below. That means a blockage several floors away presents as your problem, and that fixing it properly needs building management involved. Getting that established early saves a wasted visit.
None of that is guesswork on the day. We survey the property in Majan first, tell you what we actually found, and fix the price in writing before any work starts.
Tell us about the property in Majan and we confirm a fixed written price after inspection. No charge to quote.
