Heat Pump Installation & Servicing · Abu DhabiHILLS AC Services provides heat pump installation & servicing across Abu Dhabi, the capital's mix of corporate offices, government buildings, hotels and residential towers. Every price is confirmed in writing after an inspection, before any work begins.
Air-source and water-source heat pumps for industrial hot water and space heating requirements.
Cooling for production lines, machinery and process equipment sized to actual heat load, not guesswork.
Extract fans, jet fans and make-up air systems for warehouses, workshops and production floors.
Pricing is confirmed after a site survey since scope varies by job. We confirm the exact figure in writing after an inspection, before any work begins.
Most jobs are completed same-day once scheduled; larger commercial sites are quoted a timeline after the site survey.
We schedule jobs in Abu Dhabi and the surrounding Abu Dhabi area within 24 to 48 hours of booking, with same-day service often available — confirm your slot on WhatsApp.
inspection, fixed price, honest advice.

Jobs in Abu Dhabi are normally scheduled within 24 to 48 hours, with same-day slots often available. Send a photo of the unit on WhatsApp and we can frequently narrow the problem down before anyone travels.
Abu Dhabi is a new installation or a corporate maintenance contract, our team covers Abu Dhabi with the same fixed pricing and inspection we offer across Dubai. That is the starting point for how we scope and price work here.
Most properties here are apartments inside a managed tower, so the cooling arrives as chilled water from the building and the unit in your ceiling is a fan coil rather than a system of your own. There is no outdoor condenser to service, the landlord owns everything upstream of your riser valve, and access usually means a booked service lift and a work permit from building management.
There is no condenser to work on in most apartments here, so a cooling complaint is usually a fan coil, a seized chilled-water valve, a fouled coil or a control fault rather than a refrigerant problem. That is worth knowing before anyone quotes you for gas, because a fan coil on district cooling has no refrigerant in it at all.
None of that is guesswork on the day. We survey the property in Abu Dhabi first, tell you what we actually found, and fix the price in writing before any work starts.
Tell us about the property in Abu Dhabi City and we confirm a fixed written price after inspection. No charge to quote.
