Home / AC Refrigerant Gas Leak Repair / Novelia
AC Refrigerant Gas Leak Repair · NoveliaHILLS AC Services provides ac refrigerant gas leak repair across Novelia, a Serena townhouse cluster in Dubailand. Our team traces the leak, repairs the pipework or fitting, and tops up the refrigerant to the correct charge, rather than just topping up gas that will leak out again in a few weeks.
Every price is confirmed in writing after an inspection, before any work begins.
Electronic leak detection to find exactly where refrigerant is escaping before any repair work starts.
Brazing or fitting replacement at the leak point, sized to the system.
Recharge to the manufacturer's correct refrigerant charge once the leak is fixed.
Topping up gas without finding and fixing the leak first just delays the same problem by a few weeks or months. We always find and repair the leak before recharging, so the fix actually holds.
Detection and a straightforward fitting repair usually take 2 to 4 hours; a leak inside sealed pipework can take longer and we'll quote that after inspection.
We schedule jobs in Novelia and the surrounding Dubai area within 24 to 48 hours of booking, with same-day service often available — confirm your slot on WhatsApp.
inspection, fixed price, honest advice.
A unit that cools weakly, ices up, or has stopped cooling altogether is very often a refrigerant leak rather than a failed compressor. HILLS AC Services traces the leak, repairs the pipework or fitting, and tops up the refrigerant to the correct charge, rather than just topping up gas that will leak out again in a few weeks.
How we work, what the kit is and what the documentation looks like is set out in full on the Gas Leak Repair page.
Jobs in Novelia are normally scheduled within 24 to 48 hours, with same-day slots often available. Send a photo of the unit on WhatsApp and we can frequently narrow the problem down before anyone travels.
Novelia is a Serena townhouse cluster in Dubailand. That is the starting point for how we scope and price work here.
Properties here are villas and townhouses with their own plant, so the whole system belongs to you: the outdoor condenser standing in full sun, the refrigerant circuit, the air handler in the roof void and every metre of duct between it and the rooms. Nothing is shared with a landlord, which means nothing is somebody else’s responsibility when it fails.
The condenser sits outside in Dubai sun, which is the hardest duty any part of the system does. Refrigerant loss, compressor wear and fan motor failure all trace back to how hot that unit runs and how clean its coil is. A villa system that gets its condenser coil washed properly twice a year behaves like a different machine from one that does not.
None of that is guesswork on the day. We survey the property in Novelia first, tell you what we actually found, and fix the price in writing before any work starts.
Tell us about the property in Novelia and we confirm a fixed written price after inspection. No charge to quote.
