AC Refrigerant Gas Leak Repair · Dubai Science Park
AC Refrigerant Gas Leak Repair in Dubai Science Park
HILLS AC Services provides ac refrigerant gas leak repair across Dubai Science Park, a commercial and laboratory district with apartment towers, serving pharmaceutical and research tenants. Our team traces the leak, repairs the pipework or fitting, and tops up the refrigerant to the correct charge, rather than just topping up gas that will leak out again in a few weeks.
Topping up gas without finding and fixing the leak first just delays the same problem by a few weeks or months. We always find and repair the leak before recharging, so the fix actually holds.
Detection and a straightforward fitting repair usually take 2 to 4 hours; a leak inside sealed pipework can take longer and we'll quote that after inspection.
We schedule jobs in Dubai Science Park and the surrounding Dubai area within 24 to 48 hours of booking, with same-day service often available — confirm your slot on WhatsApp.
A unit that cools weakly, ices up, or has stopped cooling altogether is very often a refrigerant leak rather than a failed compressor. HILLS AC Services traces the leak, repairs the pipework or fitting, and tops up the refrigerant to the correct charge, rather than just topping up gas that will leak out again in a few weeks.
How we work, what the kit is and what the documentation looks like is set out in full on the Gas Leak Repair page.
Booking and availability in Dubai Science Park
Jobs in Dubai Science Park are normally scheduled within 24 to 48 hours, with same-day slots often available. Send a photo of the unit on WhatsApp and we can frequently narrow the problem down before anyone travels.
Dubai Science Park is a commercial and laboratory district with apartment towers, serving pharmaceutical and research tenants. That is the starting point for how we scope and price work here.
Most properties here are apartments inside a managed tower, so the cooling arrives as chilled water from the building and the unit in your ceiling is a fan coil rather than a system of your own. There is no outdoor condenser to service, the landlord owns everything upstream of your riser valve, and access usually means a booked service lift and a work permit from building management.
There is no condenser to work on in most apartments here, so a cooling complaint is usually a fan coil, a seized chilled-water valve, a fouled coil or a control fault rather than a refrigerant problem. That is worth knowing before anyone quotes you for gas, because a fan coil on district cooling has no refrigerant in it at all.
None of that is guesswork on the day. We survey the property in Dubai Science Park first, tell you what we actually found, and fix the price in writing before any work starts.
