Home / AC Refrigerant Gas Leak Repair / District One / West Villas
District OneWest Villas is villas and townhouses, generally on ducted split systems with their own water storage. Villa work is priced by outlet count and access rather than floor area, which is why we survey before quoting rather than giving a figure over the phone.
A unit that cools weakly, ices up, or has stopped cooling altogether is very often a refrigerant leak rather than a failed compressor. HILLS AC Services traces the leak, repairs the pipework or fitting, and tops up the refrigerant to the correct charge, rather than just topping up gas that will leak out again in a few weeks.
In West Villas specifically, villas and townhouses, generally on ducted split systems with their own water storage. Villa work is priced by outlet count and access rather than floor area, which is why we survey before quoting rather than giving a figure over the phone.
