Booking and availability in Sur La Mer
Jobs in Sur La Mer are normally scheduled within 24 to 48 hours, with same-day slots often available. Send a photo of the unit on WhatsApp and we can frequently narrow the problem down before anyone travels.
Sur La Mer is a gated beachfront villa community of contemporary townhouses and standalone homes at La Mer. That is the starting point for how we scope and price work here.
Properties here are villas and townhouses with their own plant, so the whole system belongs to you: the outdoor condenser standing in full sun, the refrigerant circuit, the air handler in the roof void and every metre of duct between it and the rooms. Nothing is shared with a landlord, which means nothing is somebody else’s responsibility when it fails.
A villa carries far more ductwork than an apartment, often two or three separate systems across floors, and the runs are long enough that leakage at joints becomes measurable. Dust load is higher because doors open to the outside and the roof void breathes. Cleaning here is a half-day to a full day of work, not an hour, and the before-and-after difference at the grilles is usually obvious.
None of that is guesswork on the day. We survey the property in Sur La Mer first, tell you what we actually found, and fix the price in writing before any work starts.
