Duct Modification & Re-Routing · HattanHILLS AC Services provides duct modification & re-routing across Hattan, large custom villas within The Lakes, among the biggest plots in Emirates Living. It's a narrower job than our general ductwork fabrication and installation work, but it comes up often enough that we run it as its own line of service.
Every price is confirmed in writing after an inspection, before any work begins.
Re-routing, extensions and register relocation to match new partitions, ceilings or restaurant floor plans.
Custom galvanised iron sheet metal ducting, pre-insulated panels and flexible ducts fabricated and fitted for new layouts.

Jobs in Hattan are normally scheduled within 24 to 48 hours, with same-day slots often available. Send a photo of the unit on WhatsApp and we can frequently narrow the problem down before anyone travels.
Properties here are villas and townhouses with their own plant, so the whole system belongs to you: the outdoor condenser standing in full sun, the refrigerant circuit, the air handler in the roof void and every metre of duct between it and the rooms. Nothing is shared with a landlord, which means nothing is somebody else’s responsibility when it fails.
A villa carries far more ductwork than an apartment, often two or three separate systems across floors, and the runs are long enough that leakage at joints becomes measurable. Dust load is higher because doors open to the outside and the roof void breathes. Cleaning here is a half-day to a full day of work, not an hour, and the before-and-after difference at the grilles is usually obvious.
None of that is guesswork on the day. We survey the property in Hattan first, tell you what we actually found, and fix the price in writing before any work starts.
Tell us about the property in Hattan and we confirm a fixed written price after inspection. No charge to quote.
