Duct Insulation & Sealing · LilaHILLS AC Services provides duct insulation & sealing across Lila, an Arabian Ranches 2 townhouse cluster around shared parkland. Our team re-insulates and seals duct joints and runs to stop both problems at the source.
Every price is confirmed in writing after an inspection, before any work begins.
Damaged or missing fibreglass/foam insulation replaced along the duct run.
Mastic sealing of duct joints to stop conditioned air leaking into the ceiling void.
Camera inspection to find where condensation or mould is originating before sealing work.
Usually condensation forming on an uninsulated or poorly sealed section of ductwork above the ceiling, which then drips or seeps through the ceiling board. Re-insulating and sealing the affected section is the fix, not just repainting the ceiling.
Insulation type and thickness are specified in Dubai's building and fire codes for certain building types; we can advise what applies to your property during the site survey.
We schedule jobs in Lila and the surrounding Dubai area within 24 to 48 hours of booking, with same-day service often available — confirm your slot on WhatsApp.
inspection, fixed price, honest advice.
Uninsulated or poorly sealed ductwork loses cooling into the ceiling void and often sweats condensation onto the surrounding structure, which is a common hidden cause of ceiling stains and mould. HILLS AC Services re-insulates and seals duct joints and runs to stop both problems at the source.
How we work, what the kit is and what the documentation looks like is set out in full on the Duct Insulation page.
Jobs in Lila are normally scheduled within 24 to 48 hours, with same-day slots often available. Send a photo of the unit on WhatsApp and we can frequently narrow the problem down before anyone travels.
Lila is an Arabian Ranches 2 townhouse cluster around shared parkland. That is the starting point for how we scope and price work here.
Properties here are villas and townhouses with their own plant, so the whole system belongs to you: the outdoor condenser standing in full sun, the refrigerant circuit, the air handler in the roof void and every metre of duct between it and the rooms. Nothing is shared with a landlord, which means nothing is somebody else’s responsibility when it fails.
A villa carries far more ductwork than an apartment, often two or three separate systems across floors, and the runs are long enough that leakage at joints becomes measurable. Dust load is higher because doors open to the outside and the roof void breathes. Cleaning here is a half-day to a full day of work, not an hour, and the before-and-after difference at the grilles is usually obvious.
None of that is guesswork on the day. We survey the property in Lila first, tell you what we actually found, and fix the price in writing before any work starts.
Tell us about the property in Lila and we confirm a fixed written price after inspection. No charge to quote.
